I have been making websites for a living since 1997. I soon discovered the wonderful world of HTML and pixel perfection and browser compatibility between the crossfire of a browser war and the first tuesdays of a dotcom boom (those were the days!).

Over those years I contracted for some high-fliers and some fly-by-nights. At the turn of the millennium I moved from London back to my hometown of Cape Town, and there I managed to grow my own nice little interaction design and development business called admataz, where I drank a lot of coffee, worked with some interesting clients, and collaborated with some really good designers.

But by 2007 enough was enough and I returned to London and started life again as a Technical Lead and full time employee at creative agency Clinic London.

I’m writing this blog to clear my head of the day’s technical clutter.
